1. What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across mainland UK. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to get in touch with us!

2. How soon will my flowers be delivered?
We offer a 2 day lead time for all orders! Orders placed before 11:59pm will be delivered 2 days later via overnight courier.

3. What time will I receive my flowers?
Deliveries usually take place between 10am-12pm, however please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

4. Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes! Once your flowers are dispatched, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey and know exactly when to expect delivery.

5. Can I include a message with my flowers?
Absolutely! Each bouquet comes with a complimentary note card. You can add a personal message during checkout, and we’ll include it with your flowers.

6. How are the flowers shipped?
Our flowers are carefully packed and sent via courier to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. They are shipped with a hydration source to keep them hydrated and healthy during transit.

7. What happens if no one is home when the flowers are delivered?
If no one is home to receive the flowers, they will be left in a safe place at the delivery address. Our courier will make sure they are left somewhere secure to prevent damage.

8. Can I choose a specific bouquet or is it seasonal?
We offer seasonal bouquets, so the exact flowers may vary depending on availability and the time of year. Rest assured, each arrangement is designed to delight with beautiful, fresh blooms.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the bouquet is dispatched.

10. What if my flowers arrive damaged?
We take great care in packing and shipping our flowers, but if your bouquet arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
